Yes. Open the Balance page and choose "Past months" to type or paste month-end balances for every account in one grid; each month you fill in is marked as reviewed. You can also use the month navigator on the Balance page to go back one month at a time.
On the Balance page, there is a "Dividends" field at the bottom. Enter the total dividends you received that month across all assets. Totala tracks your trailing 12-month (TTM) dividends and shows progress toward your dividend income goal.
